How this is calculated: quantities follow industry-standard thumb-rules for RCC-framed residential construction, about 4 to 4.4 kg of steel and about 0.4 bags of cement per sqft, depending on ceiling height. The reference sheet is 2,800 sqft at the Essential rate of ₹1,999/sqft, totalling ₹55,98,024. The grand total covers materials, labour and project management. It excludes GST, permits and approvals, architect fees for fresh drawings, and interiors. This is a planning-stage estimate.
